Master and PhD in Organic Chemistry at UFRJ. Postdoc at D'Or Institute for Research and Education (IDOR) which develops the Coffee and Brain Project. Researcher of the Network, Development and Technological Innovation of the Coral-Sol Project, which coordinates multidisciplinary research at Fiocruz, UFRJ and UERJ.
It is the coordinator of Coffee Consciousness Project, at the Brazilian Institute of Biodiversity (BrBio). She has interest in the areas of Natural Products, Aromas, Coffee and Human Olfaction.
